Will my data carry over?

No, any unused data at the end of the month will be forfeited and the new data allocation for the month will be available.

LTE-A is a mobile broadband technology that uses radio spectrum to provide wireless Internet access. It is the latest wireless broadband technology and is seen as a step up from 3G and LTE due to the superior connectivity speeds, improved stability and coverage.

How do I check coverage?

You can check whether you have LTE coverage by clicking on the ‘Check Coverage’ link under the pricing section.

How long is top-up data available for?

All additional data top-ups are valid for 30 days from purchase date.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Simply drop us an email at hello@vltelcom.com.

What if I cancel within the first 6 months?

Should you cancel within the first 6 months there will be a once off cancellation fee of R999.00.

Do I need a specific router?

Yes, MTN Fixed LTE will only be supported on Huawei Routers with model codes (B525; B618; B612)
